I spent 8 years helping loan officers escape the referral hamster wheel. First by running their marketing for them. Then I realized the better play was teaching them to do it themselves.
So I built Direct Authority AI, a community of 200+ mortgage pros who are learning to create content, attract agent partners, automate follow-up, and actually understand the AI tools they are using. Not just prompting ChatGPT and hoping for the best.

AI changed that equation. But only if you use it right. That is the mission.
